Surviving LUPUS

Thank You very Much to those who left get well soon comments. I am a wee bit embarrassed for the delay but my fingers are swollen that I have a hard time fitting my wedding ring. My wrist is no help that it gets painful everytime I bend it and everytime I tried to type just like right now.

After almost three years of being in remission, I am afraid my lupus is knocking on my doors again. Though the lab test are all good but physically I am not. I have to have some support just so I can sit and stand. I am literally crawling sometimes just to get to one corner to another. It’s a lot harder now because in the past I don’t have Anevay to take care off. Now, I am contemplating of getting house help. But my independent mind is still not set on it. I can still function, you know. And I only need to wait for a few more days, two more days to be exact and my pillar of strength will be coming home. He’s been away for a while — seven months and he will be staying for more than a month now.

Oh well, before I lost in my thoughts let me announced the winners. Again sorry for the delay. And I don’t have the strength (my hands are not cooperating) to highlight the winners. But names for number one and two are the lucky recepient of the BDJ planner. I will calling Air21 tomorrow to pick up the planners and have them delivered to you ladies next week.

There is a little change on the winners. I talked to Eds and since she was not confident that she will win the planner so she decided to buy one online. So that leave Eds with two planner. To solved her dilemma I told her I won’t be sending her the planner but rather I’ll just give her $15. She agreed, so now I have one planner left. I decided to do another draw through the randomizer for the new receipient of the BDJ planner and she is none other than…

So congrats to Vannie, Mari and Eds!
