Other things that HELP

Although I regain back my normal movement, I felt that my body is still like a machine that needs oil because it became rusty over the time LUPUS was wreaking havoc on it. There are still movements that I need help on and I was slowly putting on some weight.

With this thought and the thought of making myself healthy, I consulted my rheuma if I am allowed to go to the gym to exercise. My rheuma said its okay as long as it does not require any physical contact because I am taking coumadin. Because of coumadin, I am prone to bruises with just a slight contact. Then I also asked him if I can go to sauna and have some massage. All these ideas of using this method to detoxify came from the book I read and from research of the benefits of exercise, sauna and massage.

True enough, exercising especially YOGA and PILATES help me a lot. It serves as an oil to my rustic body. I started to become flexible again. Hubby was suprised to see my development after just two classes of YOGILATES in FITNESS FIRST.

On the other hand, sauna and massage seems to untagle my rigid muscles. At first being on the sauna gave me fear but after some time I really felt good. Just like having a massage.

Also the promise of the boyfriend that he would purchase some Las Vegas Show Tickets also cheer me up.

With this combo, on October 2005, God answering yet another of our prayer. HE allowed us to be his CO CREATOR.
