I have been planning to wake up at 5am. Run on the treadmill for about 10 to 2o minutes, then do some minutes on the stationary bike. After that I want to spend a good 15 minutes in the sauna. But the plan has still yet to materialized. lol.
I cannot get up at 5am. Because I always sleep late. And then I have to check my laptop first. Also by 6am I need to prepare the breakfast of the husband. ohoh. Excuses I know. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have the energy to exercise.
