WS : The Skies
Our weekend is not an ordinary weekend since we head off to the province where I was born to pay respect to my deceased parents. It’s been a long time since I was able to do the tradition of lighting candles in their grave on Nov 1. One of the things that my LUPUS has prevented me.
We thought we won’t be able to do it because at the time we left our house in Marikina it was already raining and while on the expressway we are seeing cloudy skies. Fortunately during the afternoon while at the house in Pampanga Mr. Sun already smiled on us.
While on the cementery, we are still on the lookout for the rain since we have four kids with us. And while watching the skies I cannot help but take a snapshot of it.

It was really a tiring day but my siblings and I are happy that we were able to share with our kids a tradition we enjoyed when we were kids.
More weekenders here!
And by the way I am having a simple blog contest here!

nice shots especially the last one. surreal.
all souls/saints days aren’t celebrated here but we all went to the church na lang very early yesterday morning to pray. incidentally, it’s my youngest sister’s bday as well so back in the phils, my family went camping & celebrating at my dad’s resting place.
miss him so much. he died a few weeks before we left philippines….
