There is HOPE!

Last Tuesday I got the chance to walk on circular park near our house. And while walking I tuned in to one of the radio program. And that made my thirty minutes a lot faster as compared to doing the minutes in the treadmill indoor. Hopefully by that I am encouraged to walk. I am trying to run but I am still a lot out of shape so the running has to wait maybe after three weeks of walking. That is, I would be that disciplined that long. lol.

After the walk, I walked a little bit more to spend another thirty minutes for my quiet time in the blessed sacrament. This put a positive start on my day. And it gives me a whole lot of good feeling. Through this, I hope this would continue and the weight loss will eventually follow. Right now my goal is just to stay healthy through exercise. But if I lose weight, why not, right?
