Being a home owner has a pros and cons. Of course, the pros will be you owned the house, you don’t need to asked someone if you need to do some improvement and of course it’s yours. But the cons is that you will shoulder everything. From maintenance to making sure that everything is functional. Which at this moment is what I am doing. It’s a bit difficult especially I am inexperienced when it comes to maintenance and repair of a house. Add to the fact that the husband is not with me to help. He is at the moment working outside the country and can only give me advise. But when putting everything in action it’s my responsibility.
Like tomorrow, I have scheduled for someone to go up the roof to clean it. Seems like a lot of leaves have been stock on our roof causing leaks when it’s raining. Hopefully the cleaning will fixed the problem. And then I also wanted to put some Pressurized Walls on our garage. I have heard that this kind of walls does not need some nails or screw to put up. I am trying my best to avoid nails and screw because I don’t want to ruined our floor or ceiling. Unfortunately, the one I found in the web serves only the New York area.
If only service like that would be available in our area. Hopefully in the future. And by the time, I have the funding that goes with the wall.
