When we were in Kuwait last year, I planned on learning on how to swim through the husband’s help. Their flat have a swimming pool so it’s very convenient. I was so frustrated when we went to Coron and have to stopped myself from going underwater because I was scared. I feel that I was a spoil sport. From them on, I told myself I need to learn to swim. It’s not too late. Unfortunately, in Kuwait, the husband is busy at work. And one time we attempted on swimming, I end up sore all over. So there goes my plan. lol. But still the idea did not left my mind. Then I met my accident that got my right knee operated. I learned that my bones are now brittle and not as healthy as usual. I was advised to exercise. As I always say I am to lazy to do it. That’s why I look for an alternative. And so, when the little girl enrolled herself in swimming lessons, I talked to her coach. And when he told me he can handle my theraphy I was just happy. I know with my little girl by my side I can finished our 12 sessions. haha.

And so I decided to join my daughter in her swimming lessons. It was my plan to learn how to swim for a long time now and ever since my ortho told me that I need to exercise because I have a big chance of having my bones be broken again I cannot help but think of a way to prevent my bone from destruction. In order to stop that and to strengthen my bones, I need to find a way to exercise. Unfortunately, the treadmill in the house is not enough for me to get up and do some minutes on it. I am really that lazy. And since many say that swimming is a good form of exercise and a better way to strenghten my operated knee and Phil Younghusband’s injury and rehab gave me an idea :) .
