Yahoo! I am so happy that after two months my BP reading is now 130/90. According to my doctor our goal is 120 because of my condition so I am nearing it. Imagine for two months I have been 200/110. We have been experimenting on the medications. And now we are successful. Actually I think its more than the medicine. It’s on my diet. I have lessen my salt intake. As much as possible I don’t use salt. And man, the sacrifice was worth it. Now, my target is to loss weight. I know I can do it. I am now inspired.

I remember how excited with the idea of being able to participate in a Web conference. I am not sure if my eye sight has been affected by the medication I am taking as explained by my doctor or the blurry vision is just cause by spending too much time in front of the computer as the husband would claim.
