Sometimes I worry a lot. Really worry with my situation right now. I know many have survived LUPUS for long years. Some say they live with lupus for 30 years. I know one can. But the question is, along the way how many complications they have gotten, surgeries they have to go through and the cost of  medication. And that somehow dampen my spirit. I already told this to my husband and he told me not to worry about tomorrow because it will only stressed me out. Most of the time my worries won’t come true. Well, I think he is right. And he told me our faith would see us through.

I have been checking the weather in Arizona, as friends have been complaining how hot it is there right now. I am quite surprised that according to the weather forecast it’s 38 degree Celsius. Wow! It’s hotter than what we have experienced here last summer. Well, I hope that all those people that live there have good Arizona air conditioning to cool them down. It’s hard not having one especially if you are experiencing the heat of this longer summer. Even if summer is almost over in terms of the calendar, you need to have a good reliable air conditioner that is still in top condition to handle the extended heat. To fine tune your air conditioner, I suggest you look into the services of Air Conditioning by Jay’s Comfort Team. They will provide you with good Arizona air conditioning service that would last throughout the years to come. Remember, that heat isn’t done yet for this year. But how about next year and the years to come, right? So better be prepared for extended global warming too. Make sure that you get that Arizona heating and cooling by the Jay’s Comfort team. It’s a great investment for this current year but succeeding years too, perhaps even decades. I think heating and cooling are now necessities in every household because of the fast changing climate of our environment.

Ever since July I think I have started using olive oil in cooking. It’s a bit expensive as compared to other oil in the grocery but I know it’s the healthiest among the oil in the market. And I think the husband kept on telling me that he have watched a movie wherein his son was healed because of its used. So again there is no harm in trying right?

I am at home with technology that’s because I have a degree on Computer Science. I am quite familiar with the ins and outs of software development and have a little knowledge when it comes to Web Design. But if you would ask me to develop an application for you, I would have second thoughts. Because I don’t have the time and I think the proper know how. I have been put in the sideline for two years now since I decided to become a stay at home mom. But I am still up to date with technology news. I can still say that I have an idea what goes through a Mobile Development — although technically I might not be able to discuss the process that is involved with the development with you. Since I am not part of the development team. But there are times when I wish I was. Or if I am not on the technical team, sometimes I wish I can come up with a website like sourcebits.com that has a lot of useful articles about technology. Ranging from Android topics to Blackberry Development. So may informative write ups that were written to give the ordinary user?

From time to time I would eat a combination of veggies ( lettuce, cucumber, carrots etc) plus eggs then put in some bottled salad dressing that I bought from the store. Now, I am planning to have a day wherein that is what I will only eat. Minus the instant salad dressing. I just realized that it might be loaded with salt and sugar. So, my quest now is to find a no salt or low salt home made salad dressing. Unfortunately such recipe is hard to find. I found one at kidney.org but I am not sure if I can find all ingredients in the grocery. Hmp. I might as well enjoy my vegetables without dressing. haha.
