I don’t know what is going on but I was surprised to see that my blog has no theme. I thought it’s because the owner of the theme decided to delete the design but when I checked my themes in WP just won’t load. Right now I don’t know what to do and I am talking to the support of my host. Hopefully I can fixed this soon.
I have previously blogged that my urinalysis has not shown a good result ever since we arrived from our vacation. I am really worried since I know that LUPUS really attacks the kidney and a not so good result ( a +2 protein and now it’s +3) is a sign of things to come. I am really thankful that my doctor knows my illness very well. So he ordered me for a random urine protein and creatinine. I thought at first it was 24 hour so I did do a 24 hour. haha. But then he said I need the random thing. The clinic I usually go to for laboratory test does not have it. Even if I phone them before hand and asked them if they have and they said they do. Urgh. Good thing one of their staff told me that only hospitals have that kind of test because they have the right equipment. And fortunately the hospital nearby has one, only it cost Php 300 each.
The school that my little girl is attending is located in a private village. You can reach by riding a tricycle if you don’t have any vehicle of your own. Which is my case. So right now I am having difficulty going in and out of the village although I hired a school bus to pick both my daughter and I. But we are not discussing the possibility of buying a car. I am already thinking what type I would want to purchase and really I favor Chevrolet. Especially now that I have seen some chevy truck accessories at carid.com and I like them very much. I wish before the year ends we can get that Chevy already! That is, if we won’t be traveling again
.
I am so happy that I was able to start my walking this week. Armed with my Google Phone ( that has an app to track the miles and a gps) plus the music, I am able to walk. At first it was hard, for someone who really is not into exercising. For about five minutes of walking I was already out of breath. On the first day, I tried jogging. But my legs won’t cooperate. My muscles are stiff. So, I let it be. I did not force it because I am afraid that the next day I won’t be able to get up from the bed. Fortunately, after resting and normalizing my breath I was able to walk another 30 mins. Yehey! It feels so good that the next day I was looking forward to it already. And for this week I can declare that I am successful in the walking department. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will help me not to gain back the pounds I lose.
With the extreme heat that our country has experience this summer and of course, me and my little girl having a vacation in a country that is known for its extreme hot temperature, everyone seems to realize how important air conditioning is. For once, because of it, we have not endured that 45 degrees heat outside during our vacation in the Middle East. On the other hand, my brother’s family who are staying at our house have been comfortably sleeping in because we have good air conditioning here at home. So, air conditions are blessings. That’s why if you have them, make sure they are clean and well maintained. Either by doing it on your own or calling in some help. Like if you are on the Phoenix, AZ Metro area, you can call Jay’s Comfort Team for assistance. They give out some good phoenix air conditioning installation.
