Currently, I am already sleepy. But I cannot sleep yet because I am waiting for the husband who is still at the office. Ever since we arrived here in Kuwait I have not been sleeping well in the evening. Maybe because I am not used to having three bodies in a queen size bed. lol. The little one occupies almost half of our bed that leaves the husband and me hanging on each side. Also, I found myself cold at night that I have to wake up and do some walking to keep me warm. I hope I can adjust eventually.

The husband has been telling me that now that I am here I can help their organization a bit. He is currently the vice president of the IT professionals here and they are doing their best to teach our fellow Filipino some basic computer skills. They want me to teach about seo tools and the other related stuff. I told him I would but of course we have to look into our schedule and my condition. I don’t want to overworked myself and put myself in stressed. I would love to help but not on the expense of my health.

A lot of friends are teasing me that maybe this vacation would help us have our baby number two. Which I would gamely answer that we are hoping for that and they should pray with us. Right now I am trying to research if there Norvasc has a bad side effect on the fetus just like coumadin. Fortunately there was none. Only a big possibility of miscarriage.

I am really glad that we have the world wide web in this days and times. It has a vast information and good sites where you can learn everything you want to know. Example of which is the http://www.besthghsupplements.net where you can learn about the Best Hgh Supplements. Right now, the internet have been my saving grace. It saves me from boredom and keeps me connected with my family. I am also thankful that through it I can reach fellow LUPUS patients and help them when they are in need on an ear to listen and some knowledge that would help them in their battle. I did not realized that there are a lot of them out there. Way back my early diagnosis, I thought I was alone. But now I know better.

I am a picky eater. I don’t really eat any food nor drink any liquid that I am unfamiliar with. When I was diagnosed with LUPUS, the doctors where I was first confined kept on telling me to eat green leafy vegetables. They put me on a strict diet when I was in the hospital. I end up eating taste less foods because they did not put salt in it. Then I read that diet can improve your health. And I stumbled upon a book about holistic healing. My point of view has changed. I started researching about ways to improve my health, that’s the start of my love affair with herbal medicine. lol.
