Yeah, I am excited with my plans for the coming week. Tomorrow I vowed to start my exercise regimen. I know I have attempted a lot of times and have failed. But I would like to say that this one is different bu I know I just have to put everything in action. It would be a waste if I gain back the pounds that I lost. For now the plan of taking those weight loss pills that are being offered to me will be put on hold. I would depend first on my will power to make sure that I will be on a the healthy track and that means I would walk everyday. Either in the park or at my treadmill. And then afterward used my portable sauna. Oh man I hope I can do this.
