I have often say that my LUPUS has been in a way a gift from GOD because through my illness I saw and have been continually seeing that I am loved. And not only that because of my mobility problem that was cause by my LUPUS I learn how to slow down and smell the flowers. Which before I tend to ignore because I am on the fast lane planning a better future. And so I learn to appreciate not only the flowers but nature as well.
I want to have a Double Glazing Alloa in our house or better yet on our second house (which at this moment I am still paying the equity). I love the design and fallen love at first sight on the double glazing windows I saw at centralscotlandjoinery.co.uk. Also I am reading about the product of Central Scotland Joinery and I am impressed on the products that they used on their window. All the materials guarantee quality and what I distinctly like is that their glass in filled with Argon. Do you know what that means? Well, that means hot is kept outside while the cold is kept from going outside. Just the window that I have been looking for. I will keep this in mind when I am ready for renovation in the future. I know it’s a long shot and it still is a long way to go but I always like to plan ahead because I know being prepared is much better that cramming. I am glad that you can get a free quote without any obligation whatsoever from Central Scotland Joinery if you are interested on having their products installed in your home. Now that’s what I call good customer service. Hopefully in the future I can have one of the windows they have.
Do you know why I have the joint pains this week ? Well, aside from doing some school supplies shopping last Monday well I have last week is a fun filled activities for us. To start with we have the
FIELD TRIP

EXHIBIT DAY

I have been spending my days on bed reading ebooks on the small screen of my cellpone. I know this practice is not good for my eyes but because I got a lot of good books ( and getting them for free which is really better) I cannot prevent myself from reading. I think ever since I got my cellphone on the last week of April I have read around 20 – 30 ebooks. And what’s the result except the pleasure of going on a trip without leaving the comforts of my home? Well, tired eyes and some dizzy spells. lol. So now I am planning of getting reading glasses or better yet presciption glasses because in the past I have history of eye problems.
That’s me yesterday. I have mobility problems again. It’s painful to flexed my fingers, it’s achy to walk and most of all it’s so hard to step up or step down an escalated platform. I know I am tired and exhausted which I think contributed to my joint pains. And to make matters worst we pushed the trip to the provinces since I already rented the vehicle that we are using and of course I am excited to meet my new niece. So what do you expect? The moment we arrived at my sister’s house I went directly to their bed and lay down. They understood since they know my body also. And then I requested for a ‘hilot’. A HILOT is an ancient Filipino art of healing, commonly used today to relax stressed muscles. Masahista (Hilot practitioners) as well as arbularyos are usually cheaper alternatives to medical doctors in the Philippines, especially in very deep rural areas. Hilot employ chiropractic manipulation and massage for the diagnosis and treatment of musculoligamentous and musculoskeletal ailments. They also have been known to reset dislocated and sprained joints such as the knee, ankle, fingers and metacarpal bones (source : Wikipedia).
