When I went to my doctor last week for a check up, the first thing caught his attention is my weight gain. Well, it was already expected since he put me on high dose prednisone (50 mg per day) to control the pleurisy (fluid) in my lungs. And since the XRAY has showed that my lungs are now clear (THANK GOD!), he told me that he would drastically decreased my prednisone (steriods) to avoid the weight gain and moon face. And with this I also decided that it’s time I started running again on this machine.

Ever since I become a stay at home I have been finding ways to make sure that even if I am not practicing my profession I am still up to date. Since information technology offers a wide array of fields to explore I always ends up with learning something new.
