…because I have been neglecting this blog and my health. I won’t be sharing my walking chart for my previous week since I have nothing to share.
After a good start, my body become lazy so I was not able to get off my laptop and run in the treadmill. And then I ate a lot of junk foods over the last few days and drink Coke. I can attribute that to monthly period. That’s how I am when I get my period. I got lazy and got greedy. lol.
Since we don’t have a car right now and both the little girl and me don’t go out that often I am not really sure how much is gas here in the Philippines. But what I know is that it is more the $1 which is why everybody is complaining about the increase. Way back in July it was reported that we already experience 16 oil price increase for 2008. The good news is at the moment, oil company are having oil price roll back because the world market have decrease the price of oil.
