Happy but Sad!

I’m happy because despite my ravenous appetite this summer, my weight gain is not that drastic. Sad because I am not on a healthy living road. But I hope this month I’ll be going to healthy eating and exercise since school is already starting. I know it would be a big adjustment but hopefully everything will turn out right with the help and guidance of God. I hope this school year will be sick free for our family.

Tomorrow will be the first day of school for our little girl. I am praying that she’ll be able to enjoy and blossom in her new school. As for me, I am praying that I would be of good health all throughout the school year so that I can support her. I hope I won’t get sick since I am her driver and also the one who takes care of everything. Online and offline my life would be hectic now. I don’t even know if I can have time to look for knee scooter online purchase. Ah Lord, please help us this school year. May it be fruitful and blessed! Thank you!

I wanted to see my rheumatologist but I am a bit scared. It’s been a year since I last saw him. Along side that desire I also want to check with a obgyne. I want to have a check up but really I am fearing that they will tell me that I am sick. Yes, I am that coward. I know I have been healthy but who knows right. Oh Lord, please give me the courage to tackle this goals. I don’t want to be sick. I want to stay healthy for my husband and daughter. I am just postponing the inevitable. I know in time I would have to see my doctors soon.

What is a four-arm control hand wheels? To tell you the truth, I don’t know but I am just intrigued with the word control. It brings back my issue about controlling my food intake now. I wish next week I could truly go back to juicing my vegetables. I have been very lazy and the heat is affecting me. I hope when the rainy season comes which I think will be coming early it would not bring disaster to our country. A little rain and a little cold weather is nice but heavy rains is a no no. Please Lord, right now as we are entering the rainy months please spare our country from disasters. Thank you.

Waiting for June

I always see those quotes about not waiting for the right time when it comes to exercise and fitness. They always say that the right time is NOW. Unfortunately for me I think the right time to go back to exercise is on June when classes starts. I have been slacking this summer and I feel that I somehow loss my muscles already. lol. Anyway, I just hope this June and July would be it for me. I hope to lose some more pounds before the husband come home. And of course I hope I won’t get sick. Keeping my fingers crossed!
