This is what I am scared about. After being into the veggie juice diet and enthusiastically juicing my vegetable for a month, I found myself in a lazy state. Even exercising has taken its toll on me. Now I am finding ways to revved up my diet again. Hopefully, I can find that enthusiasm again. Also, I am playing on learning to swim again so that when its school time already I can just go to some of the swimming pool around our area and swim for an hour. I will jog, dance and swim alternately so as not to burn out.

I know it’s an old trick already but just the same I always say that having music in my car calms me and get rid of my nerves. As a first time driver who is responsible of not only driving a brand new car (who unfortunately as of this writing has already scratches) I also have my daughter as a passenger that’s why I am doubly cautious. And to unload those responsibility in a manner that won’t affect my driving I make sure I have my ipod nano always with me. Before going on the road I would play one of my favorite song. I guess some of which are created by using Boss as one of the instruments. Well, I am really thankful because my car radio is iPod ready and that I was able to attached everything to it. Even my iPhone. So now I don’t go to the road without my music because it calms me. Without any song on the background I feel eery and on the edge.

I started driving last week. It’s not a long drive, just five minutes of driving so that I can send my daughter to school. But unfortunately since I am a beginner, I am having a hard time parking the car in our garage. So I would spend an hour just getting our car inside our house. And because of that I feel some aches in my knees (the operated one). Now, I am thinking if driving would be good for me or not. But according to my friend, those aches are just baptism of fire, once I get used to it I would be reaping the benefits because my feet would be stronger because of the work that it do every time I step on the brake or the pedal. I hope this would be true to me.

I don’t know why but I am kinda lazy this past few weeks. I am even having a hard time juicing my vegetables. One week of no exercise also. I am just happy that I did not gain weight but of course I am not loosing also. Then I have not visited my doctor yet. Oh, I miss seeing medical personnel wearing their scrubs uniforms but I have to wait until my period is over and then I can go for a check up. I am praying that my internal organs are okay and no problem whatsoever. I promise I would be going to my doctor before classes opens in June.

Last week my eye was swollen. I don’t know what happen but I am thankful that after two days the swelling disappeared. But I still got some blurry vision and now I don’t know if it’s lack of sleep or my immune system is a bit whack, I got some pain in the eye. I was telling the husband maybe because I also went out around 11 o clock. And you know how the sun weakens my body, inside and out. My oh my, I do hope I would feel a lot better after I rest. But that would be in the evening since I plan to drive around as practice. And Lord, please keep me and my passengers safe
